1. General College Information

College Name *

Tenant Unique ID (Next.js) *

D3 College PK # * Primary Key (`PK_ACCOUNT`) of the college in the D3 MySQL database.

Auto-activate inside D3 Database (MySQL)

2. Twilio Account Configuration

Provision Twilio Subaccount

This tool calls Twilio to spin up a new subaccount named after the college. It requires your master account credentials (which can be configured in your env file to hide these fields).
